Josh Tobey is the CEO of IMS, assuming this role in September 2017. Prior to this role, Josh served as the VP of Strategic Sourcing and Business Strategy. Since joining IMS in 2012, Josh has led the IMS strategic sourcing and internal strategy groups and managed an internal group responsible for sourcing printed materials across Omnicom agencies called Aggregated Sourcing. Prior to IMS, Josh worked in management consulting for A.T. Kearney and brand management for Unilever. Josh has a BS in chemical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Laura was named Chief Financial Officer in April 2018. In this position she is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction of IMS and leads a team across all accounting, finance and HR functions. Laura has been with IMS since 2005 and previously served as the Corporate Controller and Vice President of Finance. Prior to IMS, Laura worked in finance at the Integer Group. Laura is a certified public accountant and holds a BA in Accounting from Simpson College.
New to IMS in 2015, Jeff brings a rich history of supply chain and logistics. Jeff graduated from Miami University with a BS in business and earned his MBA from Pepperdine University. Jeff started his career working for the Quaker Oats Company, spending 14 years in various logistics and supply chain roles, including integrating the Quaker and Pepsi warehouse supply chain networks following Pepsi’s merger with Quaker. Jeff left Quaker in 2003 to become the Vice President of Logistics at ConAgra Foods and was the lead for ConAgra’s warehouse operations. Prior to joining IMS in early 2015, Jeff was the Vice President of Inventory Management for Sears Holdings for seven years.
